Is there a mod that disables the growable building animation?

For some reason in my game the buildings just appear and no longer build. Is there a specific mod that causes that?

It's a feature of the mod, which I think you can disable. Make sure to always read mod descriptions so you know what they do, how they work and what to expect when activating them.
