is there a mod to increase the size of minor artifact deposits?

i play "tiny" maps with 5-7 empires. my PC is kinda weak and even on these maps it starts to lag by mid-game.

this means i'm almost always boxed in and playing tall, which i prefer anyway, but it also means i never get to finish "secrets of the-" precursor relic action because i'm stuck with one or even zero minor artifact deposits in my territory.

is there a mod to allow me to buy them, or jsut to insure i get one?

doesn't work when i'm playing iron man mode just to prevent exactly that sort of temptation

I wish there was a save bot that could just open reliquaries until you got the galatron. Singularly annoying.
