Is there a province ID List somewhere?

I'm trying to mod the 1914 scenario, and I can't seem to find a list of what province # corresponds to what province. Am I missing something obvious? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I found the province.csv in the /db folder, but it doesn't seem to match up with the 1914 scenario files.

There's an area and regions list, but I don't see anything else?

Edit: There is a map of Europe with province IDs, but I am looking for one of America.

Darkest Hour/map/map1/province_names?

it seems to have all the provinces in it since i used it to find the Id for washington

Edit:you can also open the console and type in showid which shows the Id of the province your mouse is over in th lower right corner of the game
