Is there a way to fix a currupted (non-ironman) save?

Every time I unpause the game it crashes. It might've been that I've tampered a bit with the world, but I can't find the problem, is it fixable? Is there any hope for this game, or do I have to restart? It is just the save that is broken, not the game to make that clear.

Depends on the nature of the problem. If it is just a bugged save with, say, lines misplaced or brackets missing, that could conceivably be fixed by editing the file.

If it is truly corrupted - scrambled like an egg - it is not possible to fix it I'm afraid.

You might try the User Mods forum as they have experience with debugging problem saves.
