Is there a way to see who is in what tech group?

See topic title, I've tried looking for it, but I can't find a way to see what tags belong to what tech groups. Also is there a way to edit that?

IIRC if you look in country.csv it has each tag, country name and the techgroup it belongs to plus other various info. Can't remember which column it is off the top of my head but it shouldn't be hard to work out. Alternatively the information is in the savefile under each countries info. You can edit the tech group in either. Savefile for one game, country.csv for permanent.

It might be worth noting that it can also be defined in the scenario files.

For permanent, first country.csv, you only need to edit the scenario files if that country already have it specified there, or if you only want to change for that specific scenario.
