It is inconvenient that editing leaders, ministers and tech teams without an editor. Is there any editor for DH?

I personally use my own syntax for HOI2 (it's not complete and a bit outdate for DH, but it still works).

I like the color scheme of Java/C/C++/C# or Scheme over the ones used by the Devs. That, and NP++ seems to have 1 more (hardcoded?) style option with not userdefined languages regarding open/close { } last time I tried manually creating one.
