Or at least reduce the ridiculous chance for bad combat events? In the current version of the game it's pretty much pointless to command an army with the player character because there are so many bad events that could kill them. For some reason every commander in CK2 insists on fighting on foot ,at the head of their army or at least that's the imperssion I get because I haven't seen a single combat event that mentions my commander not being on foot and in meele combat.

Losing a ruler while winning a battle because of an event with only a single outcome is stupid. Why would my ruler even fight on the front lines if he is supposed to lead the army?
