Is there any way to demand trial by combat?

Pretty much the title. I've seen several AI demand trial by combat, yet I can't seem to find the option for doing it.

Obviously just sitting imprisoned is not want I want to do with my Sam the slayer Tarly - but I was randomly imprisoned through the lordling daughter rape event (which I was totally innocent of) then thrown in the oubliette... so I need some way out.

There should be a decision in the intrigue tab to demand trial by combat and after you've pressed it there will be another decision thay says fight trial by combat personally.

Maybe it works only for dungeon and house arrest, not oubliette (or maybe not, I am just guessing).

Dang that's the first place I looked, and it was not there. Maybe it's not available for being imprisoned by event like that?

Maybe it was added as an diplomatic interaction on your captor?
