Is there any way to make POPs grow faster?

Well that´s a contradiciton :D and about gloating on victory... I was using your arguments and studies, so it´s no me who should feel defeated or humiliated ;)
 
These forums provide a rich pool of information about the game. Most of it pans out. Nothing beats the acid-test of actual game play. I find it's hard for me to get to the end of the game cuz I keep trying to fine tune my beginning play with every discovery.

There you go. That's why I've been playing this game for ... what? ... 5 or 6 years now, with only minor interruptions to play other, inferior games.
 
There are some things wrong in Wiki. This is one of those, if it really tells that health care reform doesn't have an effect on pop growth. You know, after playing 10 multiplayer games, you know how to increase your pop growth.;)

Funding your reforms however don't have an effect on pop growth. Just have good healthcare and don't fund it.

You can see provincial pop growth percentage easily in ledger, check those values before and after enacting good healtchare, you can clearly see the difference. This just is a fact no need to discuss about it;)

(Wiki also tells that buying order from WM is decided on basis of prestige, but in reality it is ranking what is important. If someone wants to fix it, be free to do so.)
 
Yep, good healthcare def increases POP growth and no you don't need to fund it at all. In fact, get good health care, get lassiez faire govenment and set funding to 0. free (ish, costs a lot to enact) POP growth.

The increase may not always be obvious. If it is a % increase on the province, and the province has low growth to start, it may not increase when good health is enacted.
