Is this a bug? Contingency bombardment of a planet during colonization extends the colonisation time and never ends the bombardment

Have had a contingency squadron bombing this planet that is being colonized. The colonisation cmplete date keeps moving back in time as it gets bombarded, but never ends, so the contingency squadron is trapped there forever.

edit: I mean I know it's a bug, but I'm asking if it's a common one, and therefore worth the effort of reporting. (I don't get paid to test the game so I'm not going to formally report every single little thing I see; Paradox reads this and if they think it is, I am "sure"(?!) they have people paid to file it).

Thanks for saying something! Every bug you find is worth reporting in the bug reports forum so it has the best chance of getting noticed and fixed.
