Ok, I started my first EU2 GC as Austria. I ally with Hungarian alliance who is at war with Venice and am now at war with Venice. I take Dalmatia and Veneto from them and Croatia has only 4K troops in Istaria. I move in 20K and we take the provice, but it shows Croatia controlling it. When I sue for peace, it lets me take Istaria. Something seems screwy there.
