I heard paradox is shamefully mistreating EU:Rome and doesn't want to make a new one? This while fans are begging for it and some of the bigger mods of other Paradox games are about that timeframe? Please tell me it's a joke.

I do hope for a Rome II to be announced soon, though. There was Rome II Total War but it was a complete disaster (unlike Rome Total War 1, which was the game of the era). My crave for a Rome game increases by day.

Rome 2 TW was really bad, after playing CKII for a while and seeing how many bugs were in TWR2 at release made me dislike the game quite a bit..
A decent new Rome game is overdue (Ryse doesn't count)
