Premise (Set Up) - Started a new game in Ireland, as a Celtic, count of Dublin. I do not have the Conclave DLC, but have all other DLC's. So I started to invade other counties.

Then it got "weird". None of the other counties of Ireland had any allies. Usually, I have to be carefull when I attack certain counties, due to there being several branches of the same family helping one another. The branches were there, but none of them helped each other, and as a result, I became king of Ireland in 11 years. Go Me! However, in all past games it usually takes me 20-30 years to do the same thing. Lastly, I noticed that when I conquered all of Ireland, this took an additional 7 years, I had exactly 0 infamy. I'm not complaining, just pointing it out, and I'm not sure wether it has to do with the mod, or the vanilla. (Sorry I didn't take screen shots, didn't realize it until after it all occured)

We've shut off Infamy and Coalitions for the time being, so you will indeed not gain any Infamy.

As for alliances, it's difficult to say. It might be due to the way alliances work now with 2.5.1.1, as they require a Non-Aggression Pact to exist prior to one being proposed. My impression is that there seem to be remarkably few alliances atm, both in the mod and in vanilla.
