Since the Isle of Man was still Norse at this time and Galloway was not (I don't think it was anyway) they should be separate provinces.:)
 
Sure, as long as they're distinct provinces.

The Lord of Galloway was de facto autonomous until 1154. It was heavily influenced by Man after the C11 and had a strong Norse element dating from the C9.

Iceland should be at least two provinces....if there is to be any attempt by anyone to simulate the periods happenings.

Also no raids were made from Iceland on Scotland during the CK period....the all happened earlier.
 
Should there be some Dutch isles, like Texel, Walcheren, Overflakkee, Schouwen, etc...?

And the isle of Man would be fun:D
