Yes, was working perfectly in this machine. Like four or five days ago was normal. I never play ck2 in this machine but ck3 is working perfectly.
I already try to reinstall the game, restart the PC and disable all mods, nothing worked.
I don't know what to do.

I have find the solution so I dicide to share.
Basically if this happen to you, just change the resolution to windows and re-start the game. That's gonna make work, but I don't know why.
After you can put in fullscreen again.
