I purchased the game on the Windows Store for my Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 (4gb ram) and have had an amazing time with the game.
Unfortunately after the first day playing, the game did something funky like it was trying to resize to the screen. The electricity budget bar worked fine before this screen thing, but afterwards the electricity budget bar can no longer be adjusted. I can change all other budgets except for the electricity. Even cycling through the day and night time cycle, i cant change anything. When i hover my mouse over other budget options, i get a little info panel. When i hover over the electricity budget, i get no info panel. I cant even use my scroll wheel to move it like i can with the others.
As you can imagine, i spend a lot of my money on electricity since i cant change from the default 100%. If you all can take a look into this i will be a happy sold camper of the coming DLCs
