Issue with lobby screen missing fade out effect.

There was an elegant fade out effect when game initialized, ready to play.
However it's gone full black and I have no idea why. I roll back to previous version and it does there. But no longer in current game(3.3.3)
I've recorded screen attached to help better understanding this issue.

I don't know if this is related with my graphic cards or what. anyway here's my GPU hardware and OS info:
Windows 10 Version 10.0.18363.836
Nvidia MX150, driver version 26.21.14.4250

I see the same. As you can see the main menu screen changed completely with 3.3.3 , so I guess that change happened at the same time.

Errr, so It's a feature come with full-screen announcement advertising. Not an issue or bug?
I've looked of EU4 and its fade-out still working fine. Why changed this on CK2?

I do not know, I am sorry! It could well be unintentional, or a side-effect of the changes necessary to put the rule rchallenges and other new stuff on that screen.
