Users with low post counts cannot include links in their posts. This is a forum anti-spam measure. There may be other characters or words that the forum spam filter picks up, we have no control over that!

You can try just posting a few harmless words, then edit that post and paste in what you want to say.

All the best!

Why do you think PDX has no control over the features of its own forum?

They've got a lot of programmers and other smart people.

The forum uses commercial software, it is not written by PDX programmers ... ?!? It is also managed by an external organisation.

I did not write FireFox, but I have a lot of control over it, because I can configure it, install add-ons, and write my own add-ons.

I did not write Stellaris, but I have a lot of control over it, because I can configure it, install mods, and write my own mods.

Why do I have more ability to control the game PDX wrote, than PDX has over their forum software? You pay for this.

Surely there are smart people at PXD who can (a) configure XF2, or if there is no built-in configuration option for this (b) install a plug-in for XF2, or in the most extreme case (c) write a new plug-in for XF2. You're a billion dollar company full of programmers. You can succeed at configuring a web forum.
