Issues running the game - Windows 7

I have a technical problem that I need your help with please.

Crusader Kings 1.05 (Deus Vult)
Windows 7 Home premium (6.1 build 7600)
ACER AO751h: Intel Atom Z520 @1.33GHz
RAM: 2048 MB
Free HDD space: 120 G's
Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 500
Installed Drivers igdumd32.dll
RAM 763MB
DirectX Version: 11

I read the stickies but I still have the following problem:
The game starts the music and stops loading when it hits "initalizing graphics" tried running it under every different option of compatability and nothing. Also, the game is installed under Paradox\Kings.

You really should not use any compatibility options!

And do you have 1.05, or Deus Vult? Deus Vult is version 2.0 or 2.1, 1.05 is the basic Crusader Kings.

If you haven't already, rename the AVI folder to avi.bak and see if it makes a difference.

I don't know if your Intel GMA can even run the game. Intel GMAs are extremely weak "videocards", while CK requires at least a DirectX 8.1 (hardware) card.
If you own Europa Universalis 2, does that game run?
