Issues with my basic culture mod

First time modder here. Giving this a whack to try and enhance my own personal CKII experience so I can RP as a Temerian Kingdom in the CKII world. Running into a few speedbumps however...

It's just supposed to be 'Northern Group' and then 'Temerian.' I watched a video on how to do this stuff too and followed it to the T, I don't get what I could've done wrong I closed every thing with a bracket too I don't understand. Any help at all would be just fantastic

Definitely a mismatched bracket if male_names and female_names are being made into cultures And I echo @X_Eaglefrost_X

So, sorry all for going quiet, but I got the culture stuff fixed and it all works swimmingly. However I've got a new issue. I am attempting to make a kingdom to go along with the culture, but something is stonewalling my progress. I have made a landed titles file, as well as a decision, and neither are working.

Any help, if you're still willing, would be appreciated
