Hey!

Sometimes when I play EU it just shuts down.

I get to the desktop and the game is closed, ther's not a singel thing that proves that it even been open. No windows or things like that.

But the music keeps on going, like nothing happend.

And I have the 1.10 patch.

Has anyone else this problem, and do anyone know how to solv it?

It's pretty anoying losing all things you've done after you made the last save.

you can always use the yearly autosave... saves you from lots of bitching and pc-trashing when your game CTD's... :)

use the "EU - no music" icon when you lauch the game, or edit your shortcut so it reads "c:\program files\...\EU.exe nomusic"

disabling the music helps to allieviate the problem.

And watch for system issues. I had this problem all the time. I've since shut down all the annoying microsoft memory thiefs and I hardly ever have a crash. You're going to yell at me, but this is as stable a game as I've seen, if you keep your system clean and let it take the memory.

And if you haven't done one in a while a defrag will probbaly help.

The problem can't really be patched because it's very system specific. Keep your computer clean and it'll be stable.
