I'm sorry, but as far as I can see none of those logs give us any useful info on the crash. Only the developers can read the crash dump file.

If the game used to run fine on this same machine and now doesn't after the re-install of Windows, there has to be an issue in Windows or a driver, it can't really be the hardware or the game.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I've just used DXDIAG and anexed the saved file in the dropbox like above...

thanks again m8

for what i saw in the DXDIAG it says everything is ok...
Actually, check out the end of that file - there is a long series of Windows errors recorded. I don't know for are they are anything to do with your problem, but it's not good if you've only just installed Windows and it has all those issues.

Also got the windows event viewer error...

I hope it helps in some way....
Exception code: 0xc0000005

This means the app is trying to access memory that it's not allowed to. But why would that be happening for you now, when it didn't before?

I do see Steam is in the Program Files area, so go to the Steam Warlock2 folder and right-click on game.exe - properties - compatibility. Make sure no compatibility mode is set (everything untucked) then set this file to run as the Admin user - Apply.

I hope that helps!

is there anymore thing i can do?

No real ideas left, I'm sorry. Why did you re-install Windows, what problem were you trying to solve with that?

Go to the Windows Update site and let it apply all updates it wants to; does that work or do you get errors trying to update? Because I see a number of errors at the end of that dxdiag that seem to be to do with failed attempts to update.

Do you have Warlock 1 ? If so does that work OK?

THANKS TO ALL YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

I belive that the add "run has admin" and the complete windows update (dont forget the netframework 4.5.2 update :D ) was the solution for de perfect repair of my WARLOCK 2 : The Exiled

If you nead my logs and files to try to find what solved the problem say something.

If you wish you can give this thread as solved.

ONCE AGAIN THANKS TO ALL THAT HELPED ME!!!

Now this gets interesting. I’m playing the game on a mac and am having the same issue. Whenever I continue a saved game, everything loads perfectly fine. First thing to happen is the Quest-Info popping up – and as I click the "Accept" Button, the game crashes.

I suppose this renders the possibility of this being a windows issue rather unlikely.

Here’s the crash info that OSX provides.

Any ideas? :)

The Mac and linux versions are still works in progress, unfortunately. There is a beta of a better version for those platforms in Steam, you can sign into, which improves things somewhat, but it still has a way to go before it can be called stable.
