It appears it is not possible to enable investiture for other religions then catholic (Only tried orthodox but i assume it will not work for others) Enabling crown laws for orthodox. Having free investiture. Then your bishops don't appear. I did another test. This time i was the HRE. Changed my religion to orthodox.(Catholic bishops appear on the list) It said I did not have free investiture. I double checked my laws. Since i changed it to show even if i was orthodox. I did in fact have free investiture. I did another test. This time i set investiture = no for catholics. As i expected. When i was the HRE again. (This time catholic) it gave me the error I did not have free investiture. I have checked everything. Even the interface. I can not find any other explination for this. It appears you can not enable investiture for any non catholic religion (I have not tested heresy's yet) Am i correct about this. Or am I missing something completely here?
