1) I'm playing the campaign as Japan, I'm in mid-1942, and my supply production is zero. When I increase production for supply, the amount needed always goes above what I set; i.e. I need 9.00, I allot 10.00, and the it jumps to 12.00 needed. I even tried allocating ALL my production for supply, and it still never meets my needs.

I wasted years setting aside IC for supply that I could have been using for upgrades or production before I figured I'd just set my IC for supply to zero.:(

I have been playing the whole campaign with no supply and I can't see any ill effects on my army.

In addition, when I check my supply usage, it tells me most of it is "convoyed out". What is that?

2) I want to control one of my allies military, and when it grants me permission, I still can't control it. I went back and relinquished control, but nothing happens and the "relinquish control" option remains highlighted.

3) I control Manchuoko's(sp?) military, but there are three garrisons in it's capital, and I can't control them.

I found more bugs, but these are the most annoying right now.

Doesn't someone have an answer for this?

I keep running out of supplies. I have tried resetting my convoys (tuyrning off auto-manage, cancelling all my convoys for a day) but nothing works. My supplies are always down to zero, and when I raise my contribution to supplies, it's never enough.
