This set only changes cities icons on the map. City viewes remain the same.
Uses specific NIP_CITY_palette.bmp file as palette.
Best suits for... Japan (NIP).
Instructions:
Unzip into your main EUII folder. This won't overwrite anything.
In each country.csv (original EUII and/or mods), set the country to NIP tag for citynationality.
For Japan for instance you would change:
NIP;LightRed;LightOrange;china;NIP;NIP;CHI;CHI;9;7;3;5;6;5;9;10;0;X
to:
NIP;LightRed;LightOrange;china;NIP;NIP;CHI;NIP;9;7;3;5;6;5;9;10;0;X
Warning: only MIN and MUS tags seem allowed to have specific sprites for colonies... All others use Lvl 1 city without fortifications instead.
