Hi, Joffrey is almost always captured in King's Landing by Stannis in my games. Joffrey could easily call Tyrells and Lannisters against Stannis as well, i loaded as Joffrey and they are more than eager to join war against Stannis. I play as Robb and everytime i have to deal with King Stannis in the end.

AI generally calls his allies into war, why is Joffrey AI is so dumb, it is killing all my motivation of heading to King's Landing and personally executing the boy.

I agree it is a sad thing. What is even more sad is to see 20K Tyrell stack in King's Landing while Stannis is sieging it, but the catch is, that Reach is fighting against North only. Only thing you could do about it is opening a console, and switching manually as Joffrey and calling Tywin and Mace for help against Stannis.

I guess this is not Vanilla issue because in vanilla AI call his allies into war. BTW, how do i switch to Joffrey with console ( not save-reload ) ?

I'm assuming you know how to use the console, if not, it's not much different than other consoles in other games. do 'charinfo 1' and mouse over Joffrey. then do 'play [CHARACTER ID HERE]', and be sure to type the correct numbers, any wrong numbers may give you instant game over. When you're done, do 'play [YOUR OLD CHARACTERS ID]'.

It is impossible to force this by event I'm afraid, as the join_defender_wars command only works for one war, which is the first one.

Then, is it AI stupidity for not asking to do so because we can ask them without any cheat ? Maybe if joffrey would start without anyone on his side then he would call his allies into his "All Wars" ?

Yeah am running into the same problems , it wasn't like this in 2.1.1 everything turned red , in 2.1.2 the grey stacks could be abushed to follow and still attack , but not be attacked back sadly .
In 2.1.4 sadly they don't do anything but stand there looking pretty , while there kingdom is being ravaged .
Cause they can't offer to help anymore .

So more a hardcode issue , then anything else , is it WAD ? Unknown .

do as homeworker suggested : pause the game, open console, switch to joffrey, call Tyrells-Lannisters into war, without unpausing game switch back to your character, continue your game.
