@Prussian Havoc Just read that Sarna entry. I love how it tries to make it sound heroic that Eric Steiner led his troops into the valley.... against an enemy that was trapped, and under Artillery and Air Support fire... that's not winning, that's mopping up lol.

I agree. He had already won before he entered battle, how very Sun Tzu of him! lol

Anything new or particularly interesting?

Any comments or explanation on the front\back armor overload?

There's going to be a new stream series starting next Monday with Paradox blokes playing the campaign - that was probably the biggest news.

They also showed all the Mechs and variants in the game which I would think will be posted here on the forums shortly.

If you've been following development, there's not much new here besides getting to see all the mech variants that will be in the game and what the pilots for skirmish mode will be like.

No comments on the front/back armor situation, even though during customization of a Stalker they went over the TT-ruled "maximum" amount of torso armor.

They spent almost the entire time looking at building lances with stock 'Mechs, after briefly skimming through the actual MechBay/MechLab. They didn't answer any questions, and there were a lot of questions.

That and how in multiplayer skirmish, you can save specific variants on your own before you go into a match, even go so far as to save specific lances to your liking. We already had a pretty good idea that was going to happen anyways, but it was nice to see how it worked so when the time comes, we can have our lances set up for our individual play styles early on before going into a match.

I just wish they could have taken some questions since I still want to know if in the campaign game if we cancel a work order for repairs/upgrades before time advances if we take a hit on the refund of the C-bills. Would be good to know to prevent anyone from wasting some c-bills with a misclick.

I expected this stream to be about mechbay and tinkering with mech configurations, not making lances from stock configs and pilots.

Also 0 questions taken was also super disappointing.

Overall very meh stream.

On the bright side at least I didn’t miss much. Saw a lot of chatting on the right hand side but the video never played for me. Why I asked if it was cancelled above.

Same. I guess that's the effect of calling a multiplayer mode "Mechbay", which made me expect something entirely different than what was presented.

I liked it, but then I got plenty of the single player Mech bay from other streamers. I didn't even know there was a multiplayer one. The ability to save individual custom models and lances is pretty big.

I'm usually all about single player, but I am excited for MP in this! Btw, there is a league in the offing.
