Recently I was playing a game where me and my ally Spain were fighting a war together. When we had conquered all their holdings, Spain Annexed them I got territories too but do I still receive Bbs for the annexation.

I'm not sure to understand the original post. Does it means that if two countries occupy together a third one, one of them can annex the country but in this case each province is given to the country currently occupying it ?
Had this happen to me last night. The Netherlands and I (Poland) were besieging the Palatinate. I captured Mainz and then tried to get a separate peace, but no deal.
Then the Netherlands succeeded in their siege. I assumed I'd get hosed and lose my province, but imagine my elation when Mainz fell into my lap.
Makes you almost want to start including the AI in your wars again.

heh. I find it usually works out that if I want an ally to help with a one war partition they'll be as inept as you could possibly imagine. In one game as Russia I wanted Austria to take some Polish provinces so that we could annex in one shot. They had taken three provinces and we had like four provinces to go. They made a seperate peace and only took some money.... in December! It was less than 100d for a five year war! In my current AAR as Poland I am watching Hungary and the Turks fight the most comical wars imaginable. "OK, you can siege Croatia with that 30k army and I'll siege Bulgaria with this 30k. First fort to surrender gets ceded OK? For God's (Allah's) sake let's not fight any field battles though."
