Preface:
I’m not going to pretend that all of these suggestions can be implemented, but I do hope that parts of these suggestions would see some iteration in CS2. I plan to make this post a larger part of a huge wishlist that I've personally compiled myself and will do my part to promote this on several different forums/platforms.

Have you ever imagined what your city would look like with Idols in full tow?
I wanted to explore all the fun and interesting elements that an Idol can bring to your city. Idols would take full advantage of Chirper and amass a following. But how do you get them in your city?

By building a Chirper Idol Mansion!(CIM, see what I did there?) This will cost $5 million with a monthly upkeep of $250,000.

It is a fully decked out glitzy mansion. Idols in your city have to be recruited from their teen stage and are trained for 9 months. Once they complete the training program you have the opportunity to form a band or solo act. Upgrades include a tour bus depot and a meet and greet center.
The tour bus depot will allow a special tour bus to be parked which will allow idol(s) to go on tour around your city. Now you might be asking yourselves, where exactly would they go on tour? With IDOL DLC, it would include 2 NEW ARENAS AND 2 NEW STADIUMS. The Spring Arena, Summer Stadium, Fall Arena, and Winter Stadium. These 4 buildings light up during their seasons! They can be used for concerts and sporting events. The arenas have a maximum capacity of 10K and the stadiums have a maximum of 25K. For the sake of simplicity, both venues have 3 sections. General Admission Section, Standard Section, and Premium Section. You can set a general ticket price for all sections or you can set the price for each section. Ticket prices can range from $0 to a maximum of $1000 per seat.

They don’t come cheap, bear this in mind as the economic opportunity they provide to your city is massive! The cost of both arenas will run you a cool $10 million each with a monthly upkeep of $250K while both stadiums will cost you $25 million each with a monthly upkeep of $500K. Upgrades to both arenas and stadiums include a metro station costing $250K and has a monthly upkeep of $25K, food concessions which increases ticket sales and revenue for the venues costing $100K and a monthly cost of $20K, and finally a Premium Package Upgrade which will cost $5 million with an upkeep of $250K a month. The PPU will include the addition of a skybox, premium lounge, an OLED videoboard, and premium parking. The PPU will attract wealthy Cims and tourists to your venue.

Stadium (Maximum Capacity: 25,000 seats)
  • Premium Sections:
    • Percentage: 10%
    • Seats: 2,500
    • Reasoning: Premium sections cater to a higher-end Cims, offering exclusive amenities and services.
  • Standard Sections:
    • Percentage: 70%
    • Seats: 17,500
    • Reasoning: Standard sections accommodate the majority of Cims, providing a balance between views and affordability.
  • General Admission (GA) Sections:
    • Percentage: 20%
    • Seats: 5,000
    • Reasoning: General Admission sections offer more affordable options, encouraging a larger audience to attend.

Arena (Maximum Capacity: 10,000 seats)

  • Premium Sections:
    • Percentage: 15%
    • Seats: 1,500
    • Reasoning: Similar to the stadium, premium sections target a higher-end market seeking an enhanced experience.
  • Standard Sections:
    • Percentage: 65%
    • Seats: 6,500
    • Reasoning: Standard sections cater to the majority of attendees, providing a balance between views and affordability.
  • General Admission (GA) Sections:
    • Percentage: 20%
    • Seats: 2,000
    • Reasoning: General Admission sections offer more affordable options, encouraging a larger audience to attend.

Your idol(s) will have 3 stats. Performance stat which affects how well your idol(s) perform on tour and in the studio, Fashion stat which affects their public image and relatability, and Fame stat which affects their popularity in your city and abroad. The longer your idol(s) work at their craft, the more time they have to improve. The meet and greet center upgrade at your idol(s) CIM will allow for your fans to meet their idols up close and personal and improve their fame stat with time.
The benefits of having Idol(s) in your city means that they can promote brands in your city and increase tourism, but not just any kind of tourists. They help attract more younger and wealthy Cims to your city. Their tours, which you can choose the dates of, will impact surrounding businesses and ultimately boost the economy throughout your city. You can have a maximum of 10 Idols in your city at 1 time and like every Cim, they too will experience the cycle of life. Your Idols can be solo or in groups of up 5 members.

Please feel free to share some thoughts, I'm open to changing parts of wishlist if I see it as an improvement.
