Installation went fine. But when I loaded the game up, mouse movement was very choppy and I found some hot keys wouldn't work (particularly the Pause command). Loading was also very slow, and the first load screen seemed to be on there forever. Have 1.09 version.

I had just cleared out my HD before installing EU, and defragged it afterward.

I have:
PIII-500
TNT2 M64
128 MB RAM
52X Creative CD
P6BAT-Me Mobo
SBLive! Value
+ other odds and ends

If it is all possible, I hope someone can respond soon, as I will return EU either tomorrow or Friday (unless I can get it to work, of course). In its current state it is unplayable. I guess there is always EU2.

Side note: Get someone else to do the manual next time. This one is terrible. HINT: Use tables.

Please read the thread "Running Problems" in this forum.
It sounds like something else is also taking up some of the Processor time. Make sure that any other utility is stopped (Anti virus etc).

Try running it with the No Music option, you should see this in the Start menu . If that helps, you have a sound driver, directx or memory problem.
