Hi... I have a same problem, but I am unable to see that agreement. It tries to open the form, but I get error

I don't know how old I should be, I'm almoust 50, but it seems not be enough.

It might be a setting at the store page. I remember when I clicked on certain games, they mention these games may contain adult topics like war, depression, nsfw and the like and that by clicking Yes/Allow/Agree, that I'm signalling I'm of age to make such decisions. And if I'm indeed below the age of consent, it is not the Store's fault yada yada yada, because then I'd be lying and not their problem. Or something to that effect.

I haven't had a pop-up agreement, I've tried all the suggestions from the customer service, and I've spent days trying to play the game, but it doesn't seem to be enough（BTW my English is not standard enough, maybe it is not very clear, forgive me pls）
