I have downloaded the 1.3b patch. What els eshould I have to have the most up to date and optimized HoI2 experience while keeping it vanilla? (no mods) I've been trying to track things down by it's hard and admittedly I'm lazy lol...
 
The latest official patch is all you need.
 
Actually you need 1.3a applied before you apply 1.3B.
1.3a is the latest patch, and 1.3B is an AI enhancement for it.
