Kaiserreich - Business Plot?

Hey all

I've been getting back into DH and have been very interested in running Kaiserreich with it as well.
One of my favourite paths in the Hoi4 version was always Van Horn Moseley's Business Plot - the Paternal Autocrat takeover of Long's AUS.
It's been a part of the Hoi4 version for as long I've been playing (2018-19), but is it also present in the Darkest Hour version?
Don't want to endure the challenge of the 2ACW before I know for sure.

The business plot was in 1933. DH KR starts in 36, so I doubt it. Also, I have done multiple run throughs as USA in KR and never encountered it as an event or decision.
