How about, We merge Central, with Mexico, and the Caribbean, into one nation, and we merge Austria back with Bohemia, and Hungary, and the others.
And we allow the new players to choose WHATEVER nation they wish to go as.
I'll even think in fairness, Central America should get full cores, in return for Hax shutting up about balance, once and for all. (i.e: Austria, won't get cores on the other nations, only control. Is that fair enough Hax?)
Anyway, Hax, Sami, Azzi, and everyone else, do you think this is fair?

I definitely think Austria should have cores on that. Otherwise this Austro-German led mitteleuropa will be worth shit in the future. The surviving nations of the syndicalist alliance, even without UoB, will definitely be strong enough to contend with other powers once it is no longer everyone's enemy, so a strong Austria does not matter to CSA, because people's attention would be directed towards their own neighbourhoods.

Did some edits to my post again. I don't think it really matters to you if Austria is merged with Bohemia and Hungary or not. A strong Austria is simply great for the balance of power in Europe (Germany is weak, if you still haven't noticed, and it won't be able to fend for itself, France would crush it, Russia would smash it, even against all it's allies put together), it is irrelevant for you.
It won't be a great power instantly, and it will need time to become a relevant power. So the earlier the better.

No. We will lose roughly 90 Hungarian and Bohemian divisions. Austria will not gain any new ones, although they may build more in the long term. But no matter what happens we will not have any use for these new (low quality) divisions in this war, since this war will mainly be decided by naval power. We do not have the capacity to transport all the more than one thousand divisions in the alliance. I would bet the battle of Britain will be decided within a few months.
How about Austria gets cores, after the World Ideological Conflict ends?
