KhmAAR Restoration; An Cambodian AAR

Disclaimer:Im very new to AAR and lacked knowledge in khmer history so i dont know if my aar will be historically accurate and be able to sastify anyone but that said, Here we go

Proludge; What it once was
Cambodian or called by local Khmer, Is small poor kingdom ravaged by endless war between vietnam and siam, Both seek to dominate each other and see khmer as important border state to take on

The situation in 1836

Many historians agreed upon the fact that the dark age of cambodia started when vietnameese invanded cambodia in 1831 and collabarated with minor faction in cambodian court to put the daughter of former-king Ang Chan who have no son of his.
The reign of her in OTL ended as cambodian called in siam to put an end in vietnamnization and put male ruler on a throne. Her fate is very tragic as she became vietnameese prisoners along with her other two sisters(one of them was excuted by emperor for planning to escape from captivity)
With that said, The goal of this AAR is not to just let cambodian kingdom rot under the vietnameese but to be free from their chains and stand proud and tall as one of the oldest kingdom of the world

Best of luck with Siam in Victoria 2. Vic 2 is probably my favorite P'dox title, but, admittedly, I don't play too much with SE Asian nations despite being half Filipino. So count me along for the ride. Looking forward to what you have planned and how you will go about crafting your own niche and art that is the AAR!
