The Q&As are always on the second Wednesday of the month, so there will be another one on the 14th. Typically, a thread will be posted about a week prior to the Q&A where we can post our questions.
As far as I remember they haven't said anything about early access for backers. I don't think they're all that into such things (play-the-complete-game-open-beta, early access, etc) on the basis of being such a small studio they can't really afford the manpower needed. Everyone is busy making sure the game ships in the best state they can get it.

It just showed up, minutes after I filed the support ticket...so I'm guessing support did something? It shows up in Owned Items as Initiate of the Order rather than Valhalla. Should Valhalla show up as well (since that's the level/package I have) like it does in Backerkit? Or is Valhalla the same as Initiate of the Order here?
"Initiate of the Order" is kind of the "title" for Valhalla members, so you're all good.
It was mentioned somewhere that we will get our keys a few days prior to launch via backerkit.
What we need is a BattleTech Grand Strategy Game.
