Manpower Alteration
A major component of the mod is the centralization and reduction of manpower. The focus of the design is to encourage siege warfare and allow someone to force the end of a war by taking your capital. Your capital holds the vast majority of your manpower. If it falls, your manpower regeneration will essentially stop. Protect your capital and dont throw away troops. It takes a LONG time to acquire a large army, use and protect it carefully.
Random Events and DP Slider Lock:
Random events are, by default, deactivated and the ability to manual move your DP sliders has been disabled. These can be re-activated by turning OFF the options that control these effects.
However, they are designed to prevent "DP Slider Perfection" through incremental movement towards a perfect DP slider setting using manual moves and random events. Under the new system, perfect settings are nearly impossible to achieve as you can only move DP sliders through Historical Events.
Instructions:
Unzip file into your EU2 directory. Double-Click on the file KaC.bat in your Eu2 directory to run the mod.
