King Arthur II-The role-playing wargame freeze

I have a problem with King Arthur II-The role-playing wargame.

Doring the prolog in the "Ninth legion" quest a quest scroll appears one a peninsula to the east on the map.
when i clik it, the game freezes. The graphics til stille running but i can´t clik anything, move over the map or open eny menu at all.

I have tried the first 7 steps on:

but nothing helped.

Any suggestions?

I am also having the same problem... Love the game but its Supper Buggy... Started with the prologue and it froze... Then I tried the Main Campaign and it also froze.
Just bought it too.... through steam so I know the patches are up to date!!

Not looking good for Paradox..

Same problem. Im use russian version from steam.

Try using Enlish version of Steam and the game the other languages does not work

You don't have to change STEAM ...

in the STEAMOPTIONS of EVERY game (Right click on the game) there you could change that game only to english.
After that it will download around 800mb for the english videos and text, even it says the whole game will be downloaded, which isn't true, as it stops after that amount of MB ...

German also not working !

I had the same issue but I looked in the bug reporting and issues forum here and found this http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?597702-Ninth-legion-quest-crashing . Look at the second post by Happyland000, the steps he gives to get around the problem worked for me without issue and I've moved on past the Ninth Legion quest.
