Kingdom of Armenia Minor?

1.03 readme says this:

- Armenia Minor has now semi-salic primogeniture law to simulate power center of Roupinids and the fact that it will blossom into a kingdom shortly

However, province.csv does not have any definition for a kingdom in that area - it's all Byzantium or Jerusalem still. My guess is Paradox wanted to put the CILI tag (Cilicia) there as a kingdom?

This is for the Armenia Minor duchy, which is a vassal of the Byzantine Empire in the 1066 scenario. (I think)

The Roupinids game after the first crusade so I don't think it is ment for the 1065 scenario

province.csv is used for all scenarios though. And the line above from the new readme at least looks to me like it was intended for Armenia Minor to become a kingdom. The line is under 1066 scenario changes, btw.
