I am getting a massive homeless population using this mod. It may have the same issue I've seen other post about in the Mixed Row Houses mod?

Does this mod still have the homeless issues (outside of th ones that still exist in the game for some people post-recent-update)? I remember I had it but then one day it just disappeared from the game, despite still being subscribed to it. I'm nervous to resub in case it causes issues since it hasn't been updated in a while...
Very updated. if u are still using it in a city keep the old version. For a new city use this version is much better
