OK, this is a part of the game I've never modded.

Playing as a non-German Catholic country, no matter who I play, whether it's Scotland, England (or vassal), Tir Eoghain, Castile, I more usually than not participate in a conquest of the Batlic pagans. When I do this, I get spammed by requests to create the "Teutonic Order". Now I (and probably many other players) know that "Teutonic" is just a modern Latinization of the word for "German". "Teutonic Order" is just a bad/archaic translation of "German Order". Now if I'm playing Scotland, I don't exactly want to create a "German Order".

So is there a way of modding the events so that different Orders (fictional of course) appear depending on culture. "Order of St Columba" or "Scottic Order" or something for Scots and Irish, "Order of St James" or "Hispanic Order" for Spanish rulers, "Order of St Edward" or "Anglic Order" for English rulers, and so on.

I know already I'd have to use king tags, create shields, etc. It's the scripting part I'm interested in.

Thanks in advance. :D

It is possible to create such new 'orders' based on the culture of the ruler. But that newly created 'order' won't be a 'knightly order' in game it will appear as a 'normal'/feudal kingdom.

The tags for the 3 knightly orders (TEMP, TEUT, HOSP) are hardcoded to be a knightly orders. The other tags will always be 'normal' kingdoms.

Ah, so that's how it works. A pity! :'(

Thanks.
