EU never made it in czech rep. and slovakia. in fact i had to bring and show it to my friends. (none heard of it before) and its a shame. i guess the distribution for that market was overlooked by whoever was responsible for that region  otherwise, i dont really know

nonetheless, it didnt make a big splash in the gaming community. that it was available to purchase, i never questioned. what i meant was that the marketing was (as far as i know, and i never pretend to know everything) almost non-existent. thats how i explain the lack of czech or slovak nationals on this forum. but maybe there are other reasons as well, anyone willing to take a bite at it?

Do you have any idea why that's the case?

CD Projekt had problems while entering bohemian market. It could make some impact on marketing's issue. Anyway they have normal marketing in Poland but most people here still rely on words of colleuges, except really huge titles like HOMM4.

Second thing that CD Projekt was a new player in Bohemia while EU2 was releasing.
