Polotsk monarch file typo causes game to CTD

Error in db\monarchs\monarchs.pok
Two monarchs with same id.
(And in 1.04 -> 1.05 -> 1.08 -> 1.08 beta sep > nov > feb (don't know what patch made it) I have manarchs.pok file with same typo )
