Unable to walk from Kexholm to Karelia

In a game converted from CK, with latest patches in both cases, I'm currently at war with Lithuania (existing only in Finland). Their last untaken province is Karelia, but my army in Kexholm is unable to move there.

(both provinces are owned by Lithuania and my army has 13000-14000 men in it)

Ah, so it was a known bug after all...

No problem anymore, though; used editing to give myself control of the last province and annexed Lithuania once and for all.
