Happened now the second time.
I am playing Ming having Korea as vasall turned into mark for many many many years.
Same religion. Same dynasty. Maximum relation. No power for freedom.
After the appearance of Manchuria Korea is suddenly just a free country.
Still good relation, still same dynasty but independent.

This is the effect of the event [Root.GetName] and the Rise of the Manchu. I think it is intended that Korea can gain independence from this event. By not stopping the formation of Manchu, you kind of let the situation get out of hand
