Korean localization bug (MAX_RECURSIVE_DEPTH)

Description​

After 1.9.0. update, every character who has certain titles(Byzantine, Holy Roman Empire, Pope) has "MAX_RECURSIVE_DEPTH" in front of his/her name. Steps to reproduce​

Start a new game in Korean and click any character that has the title of Byzantine, Holy Roman Empire or Pope.
