Lagging and decreased time progression, multiplayer

Running on ps4 pro. Stellaris Console edition. After update 5.02 experiencing constant major lagging when running game in fast time progression, in multiplayer. Also time progresses much slower than usual.
Have all expansions except megacorp...
Did not expeience this yesterday.
