I have the same issue, I just installed CK2+ and my new game is very laggy. It is almost impossible to play in this condition.
I am sure there is somethign wrong, could you have a look at it.

Please visit page 12 of the Download thread for a 3.2.1 compatible version without the lag.
I have the same issue, mine lags a lot and sometimes freezes causing me to close my game.
I think it's due to the nomads and maybe others with crazy amounts of courtiers that grow as the game progresses, in mine some of them have over 1 - 2k courtiers each which is crazy.
