Everyone else who's using v0.315, do you see 'unique' names for the land doctrine techs?

Looking at the tech_names file, it seems like it should have a unique name for each tech, like "1936 Preplanned Defense Doctrine" with sub-fields like "Static Machine Gun Use?" This is as opposed to the names in v0.30, which were generic ones like "1936 Defensive" with sub-fields like "1936 Defensive 5."

The names are in my tech_names file, but they aren't translating into my version of the game. Does anyone else have this problem, or is my computer going crazy on me?

It's especially aggravating because I wrote a lot of those names. And when I wrote them and put them in the v0.30 land_names file they didn't work then, either.

I had the same problem, but had just figured that it was left out to be completed in a future version, didn't know it was unintended!

These are the "correct" names for now - there is no error if you see them. Whilst very uninspiring, they are functional, which was the idea of the land tech tree for now (generally, we go with getting something to work right first off, and then try to make it look nicer later.. lol).

However, the non-bland names are in the tech_names file, so I'm surprised that they aren't used. And the land_doctrine file appears to be linking to them in the standard fashion.

So what I don't understand is how you can still be using the bland names when the tech file links to the non-bland names.

I don't see any "non-bland" names in my copies of tech_names.csv - you are looking at the version inside the mod-CORE2 folder, yes ? If you meant somewhere else, then that would be why, methinks.

My mistake. I was looking at the modded version in my own trash file- my computer kept better track of where the file had gone than I wanted it to.
