Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me how CS2 calculates land value?
In the screenshot you can see high land value in several places. Mostly these are industrial or office parks. I guess land value rises when the companies make good profit. But there is also high land value at the train yard and the train stations, and also in area's where there just isn't a whole lot of anything realy. So I'm kinda confused.
Can anyone explain how it works?

From what I can tell is that high level office and industrial buildings push up land value, and it stays high. I also seem to see it close to parking lots... I don't think it makes much sense and there is a confirmed bug about land value being high in places it shouldn't be.
First thing they'll soon resolve is for pollution to negatively affect land value.. So that should fix the industrial areas I hope.
